Biography
Jana Crous Aguilera is a lawyer with over 15 years’ experience and a specialist in commercial law. After graduating in law from UPF, she tackled many of the implications and issues arising from companies’ growth and internationalisation, in both an international, multidisciplinary lawyers’ office and a smaller office.
She currently works as a freelance lawyer, handling contractual matters that often arise in different company departments. After working professionally for several years, she continued her education by doing a postgraduate course in competition and industrial and intellectual property law, which expanded her expertise and enabled her to advise companies from a broader perspective.
