Description
We learn about the value and basics of being lean and agile, as well as other elements that are necessary to building a successful lean and agile environment. We use practical applications to discuss both iterative and continuous delivery methods, Scrum and Kanban, and how lean and agile work is generated, valued, sized and represented.
Learning Outcomes
Gain the ability to describe and apply elements of lean and agile philosophies and use Scrum and Kanban.
