MANGO Chair in Corporate Social Responsibility Prize for Best Bachelor's Degree Final Project (TFG) on Corporate Social Responsibility

This prize has been created with the aim of promoting the incorporation of corporate social responsibility in the curriculum of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is understood as the responsibility of companies - or any type of organization - towards their impact on society, and involves considering ethical, social and environmental aspects in organizational decisions and activities. The concept of CSR refers to the responsibilities that organizations must assume in the face of sustainable development, and therefore it encompasses organizational management focused on sustainability or ESG (environmental, social and governance).

The UPF aims to develop a socially responsible and sustainable university, which promotes and collectively guarantees the multiple dimensions of university responsibility -sustainable development, ethical awareness, gender perspective, solidarity and cooperation, solidarity and cooperation, volunteering, prevention of damage to health and promotion of healthy lifestyles or attention to functional diversity - as essential components of a university with a responsible spirit.

ESCI-UPF believes that it is necessary to foster knowledge and promote research and the dissemination of studies that contribute to strengthening social commitment and responsibility, to analyzing the sustainability of economic and business activity, to generating knowledge and to enhancing analysis and the debate on these issues, all through the MANGO Chair of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

The award for the best final TFG on CSR is jointly organized by the UPF and the MANGO Chair of Corporate Social Responsibility of ESCI-UPF.
