Biography

Eduard Mercader has 20 years’ experience in corporate finance and economic and financial control and management in companies in different industries. He has also been a businessman and sat on several boards of directors and investment committees.

He has developed his professional career at DFC Consulting Group, working on projects for the European Commission, World Bank and IDB; as director of the Department of Subsidiary Companies at Agrupació Mútua; as director of Investments at Star Capital Partners; as manager of Triangle PLV; as financial director of Parlem Telecom; and as a financial adviser for international investors.
