Facilitator of classes in the field of HR (Work Psychology, Personnel Management in Public Administration, Organizational Psychology) and researcher. Professional experience in HR consulting and strategic management. Author of publications in the area of leadership, occupational health (stress and well-being), group development, work-life-flow, cyberpsychology, among others. He is currently researching the integration of work and personal life, particularly in remote or hybrid work environments.
