Biography
Nia Plamenova Djourova is an organisational psychologist whose work in human resources has focused on personnel selection, development and training (communication skills, teamwork and stress management).
In 2018 she earned her PhD in Psychology of Human Resources from the University of Valencia; her thesis investigated four mental states—self-sufficiency, resilience, optimism and hope—and their relationship with leadership, wellbeing and workplace performance.
She currently works at IESE carrying out research in the fields of coaching and the application of positive psychology in the workplace.
