Digital tools such as the internet and mobile telephony are opening the door to new marketing principles that are revolutionising the world of marketing by shifting the balance of power from firms to consumers and defining new ways for companies to create the products and services customers want. In this course we will explore how the digital revolution is impacting every aspect of marketing and will analyse how digital technology is being deployed. We will show how the convergence of the digital revolution and marketing, combined with the ready availability of the right information at the right time, makes it possible to address unmet customer needs effectively and get the job done.
